Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Zapier’s Sales Assist team supporting global revenue operations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to improve buyer experience
• Develop onboarding and playbooks to improve rep productivity
• Define and report on SLAs, KPIs, and team performance metrics
• Foster team engagement, growth, and continuous learning

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or customer success management
• 2+ years managing people in fast-paced tech environments
• Experience in onboarding, sales productivity, and CRM tools
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership
• Comfortable with remote work and managing async teams
