Roles & Responsibilities

In this Subject Matter Expert at Revolut role, you will drive product understanding, frontline enablement, and customer-focused improvement.

  • Create and manage knowledge base content for India-specific products
  • Ensure accurate product info for front-line support teams
  • Update training materials and coordinate sessions with training teams
  • Drive internal FAQs, support docs, and communication workflows
  • Work with product owners on bugs, queries, and feature configurations
  • Analyze customer feedback and lead RCA to identify root issues
  • Collaborate with Complaints and Research teams to improve CX
  • Liaise with Nodal Officer via RCA summaries and improvement proposals
