About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll work across support tickets, live chat, and product teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer tickets via chat/email with professionalism and speed
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and growth teams to resolve customer issues
- Identify bugs and report them to the technical team with clarity
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Track and report support KPIs weekly
Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of customer support experience (SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional English written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot
- Availability for EST time zone overlap
- Experience with startups or fast-paced tech environments
