Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and empathetic customer support via chat or call in local languages and English
- Help users navigate the Lokal Matrimony app and resolve functional issues
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Share user feedback with internal teams to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with team members for efficient issue resolution
- Maintain user satisfaction through trust-building communication
Requirements
- Fluency in at least two regional languages (e.g., Marathi & Gujarati, or Kannada & Hindi)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer support is highly preferred
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): smartphone and laptop required
