Responsibilities

Manage customer support documentation, help center articles, and canned replies.
Track and resolve customer disputes efficiently and accurately.
Respond to GDPR data deletion requests within timeline and compliance standards.
Support the CS manager with regular reports and performance metrics.
Monitor technical issues and escalate trends to engineering teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve user satisfaction based on data.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written English communication.
2+ years of experience in support/admin/customer operations.
Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting.
