Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and update client accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Engage customers through positive and empathetic communication
• Handle ad-hoc support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2 level or above)
• Proficiency in phone, email, and messaging tools
• Tech-savvy and experienced with MS Office, CRM, VoIP
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work night shifts (graveyard)

Technical Requirements

• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Working webcam
• Computer: Min. 1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM
• Internet: Main – 25 Mbps, Backup – 10 Mbps (wired preferred)
