Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support via calls, email, and chat to global customers
- Resolve queries swiftly and professionally with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve the support process and overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in English — written and spoken
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (B2C/B2B)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Organized and systematic — like Monica Geller from Friends
- Comfortable working rotational shifts (24/7 support model)
