Key Responsibilities
- Handle Level 2 escalation calls and support cross-regional teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated service-related problems.
- Promote Pearson client programs and services.
- Train and monitor call center agents for service excellence.
- Input accurate customer data and maintain SLA compliance across different business lines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or customer satisfaction issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or escalation role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in application support, MS Office, and remote work tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
