What You’ll Be Doing

The Oracle Technical Analyst 1-Support India 2025 role involves working directly with customers and Oracle products to resolve complex technical issues.

Investigating front-end and back-end application errors
Using tools like SQL, server logs, and diagnostic queries
Documenting fixes and creating reusable support articles
Communicating clearly with global customers
Collaborating with engineering and dev teams when needed
