Role Summary
As an Onboarding & Compliance Executive, you will manage candidate pipelines, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC standards), and support hiring goals. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to engage with candidates efficiently. You’ll enable the region to meet monthly hiring targets while ensuring all new hires are fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound applicants with first contact within 2 hours of offer acceptance.
- Maintain regular communication (phone, email, text) per SLA guidelines.
- Support candidates in providing documentation and complete DBS, References, and Right to Work checks.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and error-free processing.
- Book candidates into training sessions and coordinate with trainers.
- Liaise with Branch Managers and Regional Directors for risk assessments.
- Prepare contracts, Carer Sign-Off forms, and co-sign documents as needed.
- Manage data entry and compliance trackers within the ATS system.
- Escalate issues or bottlenecks to Team Leaders promptly.
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain Compliance and Daily Trackers in real time.
- Ensure ATS reflects up-to-date candidate status and communications.
Measures of Success
- Number of new hires onboarded per week/month.
- Training session bookings and attendance rates.
- Time-to-hire from offer acceptance to first shift.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an administrator in HR or Recruitment functions.
