Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Help Centre, FAQs, and canned responses.
  • Log and handle disputes with accuracy and track across markets.
  • Fulfill data deletion and privacy requests in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Monitor and report tech issue trends raised by customer service teams.
  • Support reporting cycles by gathering data and weekly metrics.
  • Maintain internal CS process documents and SOPs with clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate customer success data needs across departments.
  • Assist with bulk communication prep for canned content.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand tone.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and data entry tools.
  • Proactive and reliable with recurring task management.
  • Collaborates well across time zones and remote teams.

KPIs and Targets

  • 100% of disputes responded to before SLA deadlines.
  • Weekly updates to knowledge base and canned responses.
  • Weekly delivery of tech issue insights and reports.
  • Accurate reporting and metrics on schedule every week.
  • Quarterly review of CS documentation with version control.
