Key Responsibilities
- Greet and route customers through Zoom rooms and chats.
- Answer live calls/video and connect customers with the right team.
- Ensure waiting room etiquette and professionalism on all calls.
- Assist senior specialists with urgent escalations and live interactions.
- Educate users on Zoom/chat support features.
- Deliver regular feedback to internal teams to improve CX.
- Support multiple tools: Zoom, Slack, G-Suite, MAC, Spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required (Graduates preferred).
- Experience as a receptionist, scheduler, or virtual assistant preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable working in a camera-on remote setup.
- Organized, punctual, positive attitude, and calm under pressure.
- Proficient with Zoom, Slack, spreadsheets, and MAC systems.
- Fast learner and enthusiastic team player with emotional intelligence.
