Job Overview

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates or undergraduates with strong communication skills
• Individuals fluent in both Hindi and English
• Freshers or experienced candidates in telecalling/sales/education counseling
• Candidates with their own phone and laptop setup

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel students about colleges, exams, and courses
• Share educational options and guide students on the admission process
• Follow up consistently and build strong engagement with leads
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and keep records updated
• Achieve daily targets of 150+ calls and regular conversions

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Motivated to meet daily/weekly targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge (preferred)
• Must own a working mobile phone and laptop

What You Get

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
