Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase order (PO) requests within enterprise ERP systems.
- Maintain and update open invoices ensuring timely payments.
- Analyze data and create reports using MS Excel.
- Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closures.
- Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
