Key Responsibilities
- Analyze global Insights data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers on QA and service metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements in tools, training, or process.
- Produce and present monthly KPI reports, scorecards, and board-level insights.
- Track customer satisfaction, reduce error rates, and support continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure consistent methodology in all reviews and data audits.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management and data systems.
- Analytical background with experience in data reporting, QA, and dashboards.
- Ability to influence training, policy, and process improvement decisions.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and time management abilities.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, project management experience, or working with 3rd-party vendors.
