Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Contractor
Email & Customer Support
- Respond to email queries from clients quickly and accurately
- Log, escalate, and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure zero pending tasks
Assignment & Delivery Coordination
- Set up assignments based on client requests
- Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with the internal team
- Follow up on open items and status updates
Feedback & Internal Collaboration
- Communicate feedback and concerns with the Delivery Team
- Manage customer expectations effectively
- Meet key performance metrics (KPI) on response and resolution time
Eligibility – Qualifications & Requirements
