Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day task volumes, meeting quality SLAs.
- Use Amazon’s Retail Systems Platform (RSP) for catalog support.
- Update records and trackers of work completed.
- Coordinate with vendors/buyers to ensure product accuracy in catalog listings.
- Identify and escalate SLA or quality issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate pricing, product details, and inventory info on Amazon’s catalog.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with internet research and quick information gathering.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and manage ambiguity in operations.
